My day - September 4, 2010
When I woke up this morning I had a protein shake with fruit and vegetables in it. I used a banana, an orange, some grapes, a nectarine, a plum, and then 2 handfuls of spinach, it was delicious. It's the weekend now so we don't do that much with people still trying to get things organized for school but our coach had us do some sprints this morning. He told me he didn't want me to do them because he wants me to take a break when I can get it so I agreed, I wish I hadn't though. I was there watching everybody do sprints and I wanted to do them so bad. However, I am going to the gym later today so it's not that bad. I didn't go as hard as I wanted to tonight at the gym, was lacking a bit of motivation. Just a minor speed bump though, no big deal. Going to hit it hard tomorrow with a leg day and to make the day complete I am going to start logging what I'm eating and see what my caloric intake is right now.
