My Day

Today was a little more exciting. I didn't have class until 3:05, which kinda sucks because it's my only class and I have to wait around all day. However, I woke up at about 8 and ate and then went and had a good workout and then showered up. After that I went and hung out with a friend for a little bit until she had class and then I got to go and meet with the dietician! She actually told me that she rarely gets people like me coming in to see her. She said it took her a little while to think of things to give to me because I am so on top of my nutrition. I am trying to put on some mass and pretty much what she wants me to do is just add more carbs into my post-workout meals and some more protein. But really she didn't change that much to what I'm already doing. She just wants me to keep doing what I'm doing but to do more of it. She kept saying "I'd like to meet your mother", in regards to my eating and then eventually I told her that it was pretty much all me and then she was even more impressed. I am proud of myself right now. I thought my nutrition still needed work but it's pretty good.
