I've been able to be at the gym a lot more now and I'm up to 5 clients but I had my final exams and I'm in the process of moving to a new place so it's been hard to be at the gym all the time but I have been going as much as I can. I just had a meeting with PT manager yesterday and we went over last month and getting adjusted and then did some goal setting for the month of May. So now I know where I need to be at atthe end of the month and it gives me an idea of how much time I need to put in. No surprise that this is coming up again but I need to be more outgoing when I'm at the gym and just in general. I have already stepped out of my shell quite a bit since I first became a trainer but I need to get it even further. I have trouble just talking to random people and I hate that I do. It will come though, the more times I try it the more it will happen and the better I will get at it.
As far as my own training goes, I have recently joined the 200 club. I hit 202 on Wednesday and it feels great. I want to get a bit bigger still and then once my season comes around I want to shed any excess fat and be at about 205. I don't feel like I've lost any speed which is great. I just have to work on improving my speed, acceleration and vertical. I am a long way off from the athlete that I want to be but I am working my ass off to get there.
